Pros
- Sincere commitment to prioritizing asynchronous work. Very few meetings, emails, and IMs compared to most companies - Low authority, high accountability culture engenders independence and flexibility for employees - Excellent onboarding process - Very transparent - pretty much everything that goes on in the company is documented on a public Trello board that is available for all to see - Has a nice mix of startup culture while also having established processes; neither too scrappy or too corporate - Collaborative Learning is a great space to be in, and 360L is leading the pack
Cons
- Not a 'con' per se, but the unique way of working will not appeal to everyone. If you're someone who enjoys being in an office and talking things out in meetings or on calls, you may struggle with the written word/documentation being the primary form of communication and collaboration. If you enjoy working independently and communicating via writing vs. meetings (as I do), you will really enjoy this place.
