Pros

- Great product that actually works - Good compensation - Good people aside from management and leadership

Cons

- They have no career path and you are nothing but disposable labor. They don't treat you like a human being and HR is all talk no action. - Their leadership and coaches have zero respect for you even if you are skilled in your role - They will work you to the bone and wouldn't care if you died or were sick. - This is a company where you will constantly feel like you are behind, like you're doing everything wrong. They give you impossible tasks and they don't give you enough time to do them. It's basically built to make you feel like crap while sucking the life out of you. If you're lucky, your manager will help you. If you're not (mostly the case), he/she will tell you to find the answers to your questions on Trello. - They will change your metrics and KPIs ** retroactively** Yes, this means that two days before payday you will be told you that you're not getting your bonus bc they changed the goals last minute.

Pros

The US team is building a great culture independent of the French team, you have autonomy to do your job, a FANTASTIC manager on the US team, amazing co-workers.

Cons

360Learning has been growing, receiving funding, and winning successes, which is great for the company overall. However, senior management are running the company like it is still a small team based in France - outdated tools, siloed teams, slow to change and innovate. Many times when a company has grown, it also means that leadership has to grow, too. The current founders are not high leadership quality, especially for a burgeoning US team, which leads to lack of trust and lack of confidence in the direction of the company.

Pros

- async work environment - WFH - good commission/accelerators

Cons

- Even the top performing BDRs are treated like they provide no value to the team - Management speaks down to team - "Convexity" is made up and used against you - goals are unreasonable, constantly moving the goal post and pushing quotas to be unattainable - "level-up" is never achieved even after exceeding quotas and hitting KPIs - churn and burn - unrealistic processes - no internal promotions, always hiring externally even though they claim to only promote from within - trying to force BDRs to move from inbound to outbound team which would result in a massive paycut as the outbound team has impossible quotas/metrics - "The only way to move to AE is by being successful in the outbound BDR position, but a promotion to AE is not guaranteed" - leave BDR position in a worse position than you started with because there are no promotions - quarterly reviews feel like a roast, even if you exceed quota and meet your goals/team goals
