Company run by single family so non deserving people are in top management. There is no guarantee of appraisal. If you join you have to work on same salary for many years. Even if you get salary increment after 2-3 years the increment % is not as per IT standards. Also, you never get arrears for the same. Too much internal politics. Non deserving people gets promoted. There is no appreciation for good work. Award functions are totally biased. You can't expect to get award if you don't laugh on boss's joke irrespective of your work dedication. Higher management people don't care about their team members and they don't support to team members. Their salary gets increased with good % but don't care about their team members salary increment. At the time of appraisal they have only work to find mistakes in your work so they can give you minimum appraisal. Many managers can't speak English and they will be your boss, that's feel like a shame. My suggestion to management is, instead of planting billions of trees, plant good salary in employees account. Instead of wasting too much money on top management, spend some money on good appraisal of employees. Don't take advantage of people's helplessness because there are not much IT companies in Nashik. That day is not far when there will be lots of IT companies in Nashik and you will cry for people to join your company. This is going to happen for sure.
