- poisonous work culture - biasness all around - hr is more busy in gossiping and making few employees feel that they are from small background, he/she doesn't belong to be here with these high headed people - managers not bothered just giggle around with HR/Admin people- they do nothing instead pressuring subordinates to their work - lots of unnecessary pressure - disturbing work life balance - underemployed - very low salary compare to your profile - variables never come on time and when it comes it is just too less and you will never understand how it is released
