Decent place to work

Pros

Performance bonus and 3 day work weeks.

Cons

Constant state of change, once employees get into a groove with a process or the layout of the warehouse it is changed. I understand the upgrades are good as well as automation but the robots they've purchased are not worth the money. The are slow, constantly in the way of people doing actual work and slow down the flow of product considerably.

Great exposure to a large company and all of the moving parts, learn alot about each department. People at the company are actually really nice,

Cons

Not a great position to move up, bonus is little to nothing, salary is also pretty skimpy.

Pros

The people you work with can be great

Cons

The company changed coordinators from salary to hourly. New hires wont have the options to earn a bonus and are on a payment incremental structure, so little incentive to work harder

Community atmosphere, cool little bonuses like gift cards and prizes, wide selection of shifts to choose from, yearly pay increase.

Cons

Small town, everyone in everyone's business. Some management think they are above the rules.

Flexible work (hybrid and remote) PTO is between you and manager Great team and contributor dynamics Lateral mobility is available

Cons

Leadership is selfish and does not communicate well Compensation is not competitive Finance dep. can make or break your raise and bonus no matter how well you perform Sales team is inept HR/Culture managers don't seem to care about what contributors actually want Bonus and raises need to really be fought for Tariffs are impacting the business greatly

Pros

there are some good, helpful, well-meaning people there good place to be comfortable, if you like reverse engineering designs made by companies capable of actual innovation and exporting US technology to China to be reproduced for the lowest price they make lots of money so bonuses and employee stock purchase program are decent, and the work isn't difficult, just repetitive

Cons

giving engineering titles to those who don't have engineering degrees (would you call a nurse a doctor? or a paralegal an attorney?) pockets of legacy management at the director and VP level who are incompetent by today's professional standards focus on sheer number of products and speed to market means shipping parts with known quality issues only to inconvenience the customer and cause further issues in the future, just to make the product director's numbers look good. QA is not a respected area of the company immature and inexperienced managers outdated, dingy cluttered facility, disgusting restrooms

Pros

This is a great place as long as you are getting paid hourly. Great insurance and benefits. Great pay and the opportunity to earn more.

Cons

The floor level management team gets shafted quite often. There have been bonuses and incentives given to hourly employees who came to work through covid and remained willfully employed. The salaried positions have been offered absolutely nothing. Most times if we do have to take off to get tested under the possibility of direct exposure to covid we are getting phone calls asking when we will be back to work even if we are sick. The HR team is overall a joke with the exception of one. Supervisors have to do half of HRs job and they seem to not be able to get the other half done without emails to remind them. Used to love this place but they definitely do not have the best interest of their management team in mind while making seemingly any decision at all.

It's a job, there's that.

Cons

Very hostile, bonuses based on productivity... like communism it sounds good on paper, but in practice... be prepared to be sabotaged as you are instantly a threat to your coworkers numbers. If you stop them for help, you slow them down thus lower their numbers which lowers their shot at a bonus, so they just won't. I was also threatened physically by 3 separate employees.
