      The people you work with can be great

      Cons

      The company changed coordinators from salary to hourly. New hires wont have the options to earn a bonus and are on a payment incremental structure, so little incentive to work harder

      Politics among leadership. No alignment on broader vision. Extreme pressure on deadlines & deliverables without considering scalability & quality. Everything is get it done now, worry later.
