      Pros

      Hands on experience in all aspects of the company. Your voice is heard which is refreshing in the current work environment. We have a passionate leader who find time to collaborate with everyone, not just his direct reports.

      Cons

      Lack of Product and Eng leadership but we're actively looking to fill this gap.

      Pros

      The focus and velocity of product development is at it's highest since I started with the company. While small, our team of engineers are running on all cylinders and the future is bright for our platform. The flexibility of working remote is also a major plus.

      Cons

      More exposure to customer feedback would be great. Less fire drills with a longer term focus.

      Remote work is really the only pro, colleagues were great before they all got let go
