I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Curebase in Mar 2025
Interview
First round call with the CEO is casual chat about background and experience, and there’s time at the end to ask questions about the company. It’s only 30 min and a lot of the questions were asking about experiences listed on my resume/linkedin

There are a lot of negative reviews about working at Curebase, and that is concerning, but the one or two that really concerned me were mentions of lacking or skirting regulatory compliance. I asked about that and said that I will alway advocate for ethical and compliant practices. I was then told that I was not a good culture fit. So, one can conclude that a lack of regulatory compliance is not a concern for Curebase and they do not intend to address this or hire anyone who would question their lack of ethics. I also see another interview review for the same role from March, so this is likely one of those "ghost" roles that never gets filled and is intended to make the company look like it's growing. Glad I didn't waste any more time on further rounds.

Interview
Terrible! This company posts fake jobs or “ghost jobs”. I noticed 6 positions posted on LinkedIn, they were reposted and now it doesn’t look like any of them were even filled. Companies that do this want to pretend they have growth. I went through 3 rounds of interviews for them to waste my time. They aren’t the only company guilty of doing this. It’s usually these small biotech start ups that have no idea what they are doing. Their team seems not to have any or not enough experience in clinical research. Panel interview they were unable to answer my questions effectively that showed they had no knowledge in the industry. Red flag after red flag. They don’t seem to be doing well as a whole and glad I received no offer as I now have an offer from a real company that has a great reputation.
