Management has gone down hill

Main issue is that everyone is getting less hours after new management. Managers and higher levels don't care about you. Also, some staff are disrespectful to you and some supervisors need to fix their attitude. Sometimes the harder work was given to the wrong people who were inexperienced which causes everyone to suffer.

Terrible management, terrible leadership in the kitchen, abusive head chef, high expectations with no rewards, incompetent management, highly racist head chef, high turnover rate, a lot of seatings but understaffed.

Nothing much compares to the others company has less cons.
