Pros
Not sure, haven't seen any for mid level employees. Plenty of golden parachutes for the Executive Board and SVP team. They seem to pat each other on the back just fine.
Cons
Layoffs rampant throughout the organization. Limited opportunity for career growth. Health insurance always goes up every year with CBB supporting less of the plan out of pocket. No culture at all. An executive team that's out of touch giving each other CEO excellence awards

Really good teammates, decent manager, hybrid or fully remote options, decent pay, bonuses annually for office folks and quarterly for plants that perform well.
Cons
New CEO, loss of excellent c-suite folks, very clique-y at the top and level 2, senior managers and directors that kiss butt and get promoted, few promotions for mid-level, LAYOFFS (!!!!!!!), seasonal nature of the business, good ole boys clubs, waaaaaay too many acquisitions and brands, did I mention LAYOFFS????

Great training and well organized, promote from within

At first sign of a drop in revenue, the corporate leaders make knee jerk reactions and implement budget cuts and layoffs
