lower end pay, tightish uniform

Not very competitive pay, before Covid-19 there were high sales goals that were difficult to realistically reach, and they used to give commission but it was pretty small at 1% and again it was incredibly difficult to sell enough to move up to the next percentage. During slow season/low sales, they will cut hours to where some part timers will get less than 10 hours/week. Definitely not survivable unless you get full time, which is only for manager positions for the most part. During the holiday season, i found it pretty stressful as a Key Holder. Lots of responsibilities that took me a couple months to get a hold of, and considering the amount of times i've had to come early, stay late, and deal with various issues, its not worth the pay at all to me.

Lack of appreciation for quality work

Mean Management, Higher (than average) expectations, "all-rounder" tasks

Company meets it's budget limits by taking advantage of employees. Some temps and new hires will be paid at higher rates on their first day then workers doing the same job who have been employed with the company for years. Coworkers are nice, but there is dissension due to the lack of equity and integrity in regards to pay as well as the contrast of how some associates are treated as opposed to others. Terrible management.

Hours (expect to get cut or extend at the discretion of manager), store management, products are sub-par
