Pros
I always enjoyed my coworkers and the company gives a pretty generous discount on the products. I know a lot of my coworkers got many things as gifts for family during the holiday season. If you're part time they generally are pretty easy to work with scheduling. If you're just a sales associate, its a pretty easy chill job.
Cons
Not very competitive pay, before Covid-19 there were high sales goals that were difficult to realistically reach, and they used to give commission but it was pretty small at 1% and again it was incredibly difficult to sell enough to move up to the next percentage. During slow season/low sales, they will cut hours to where some part timers will get less than 10 hours/week. Definitely not survivable unless you get full time, which is only for manager positions for the most part. During the holiday season, i found it pretty stressful as a Key Holder. Lots of responsibilities that took me a couple months to get a hold of, and considering the amount of times i've had to come early, stay late, and deal with various issues, its not worth the pay at all to me.
