Really can't think of anything.

I don’t know anyone who worked there who didn’t describe waking up to work with a “sense of dread”. Really toxic work culture, expected to work 24/7. Leadership couldn’t agree with each other and would openly argue with one another or try to make people feel small to boost themselves up. It was a constant game of finger pointing and there was a complete lack of accountability especially from the many failures of the product team.

Lack of direction, lots of working hours

- out of touch tech leadership - cutthroat review cycle - demanding w/l balance - got rid of offsite team gatherings

Constant layoffs, corner cutting for the sake of "speed", no real culture, strange promotional structure, leadership

Leadership is weird about how they assign work. Top bloated.

too many new stuff to learn

a lot of work still but pay is good
