acquisition killed the company

none left after the acquisition

the entire culture was shredded, the progress made on revenue and product development was completely strangled the acquiring leadership team is toxic and doesn't have any clear direction or strategy for why they purchased Challenger. it felt like a revenge move more than a business decision Benefits were significantly reduced and comp packages were slashed
