6 days working —Need to be a quick & diligent to adopt the immediate requirements & projects —If you are not good with the data then challenges might be there ( also depends / Job role ) —But for customer experience/service team - data centric & good analytical skills are very much required

Everything besides salary. Pathetic work nature pathetic work culture pathetic management. Career will be ruined.

Senior management is toxic; decision-making often lacks transparency and fairness. Frequent layoffs without clear reasoning—job security is a major concern. Favoritism and internal politics are rampant at director and VP levels. “No-abuse” culture is preached by leadership but not followed in practice. Lack of long-term vision in people management; feels more like a “Lala company” than a professional workplace.
