      Pros

      Pay, benefits, pension are about the only great things there.

      Cons

      Board and Upper Management don’t care about employees. They made it very clear that people are easily replaced. Also amid uncertainty and fear we were told being a first responder was more important than worrying about our own health, safety and families.

      Well structured, nice people, staff was always willing to help

      Cons

      Work is non stop if you take some time off get ready for lots of past work to catch up on. Overtime is hard to get so much sure you use your time well to finish your job for the day.
