Salaries are good but benefits keep declining

Cons

HR department is arbitrary in its decisions, poor support for employees, cost of living in area keeps increasing relative to pay, low morale, no hybrid or remote accommodations, upper management is old school - do as I say attitude

My department is good, but there is no accountability for others. Not treated the same as other departments when it comes to discipline.

Pros

No working off hours, slow pace, and low stress. The work itself is meaningful and compensation is fair.

Cons

No remote work, onsite culture is depressing. Leadership (GM, Department Heads), are out of touch with modern business practices and show no interest in employee engagement or creating a positive work environment. There is no DEI program or interest in one. I would not recommend this as a good place to work if you have a disability.
