You work with some great people

Cons

Long hours, which requirements often change. Expect over 60 hours weekly, and than be asked to come in on weekends in addition. Most employees do not last long, I have never seen a company with such high turn over. This is both on the drivers side and office staff. Management shows little care for staff. They say one thing and do another. During my time with the company. They have lost and have had many lawsuits against the company. All of which are valid and justified. Pay is very low when averaged to hours actually worked versus paid. Company benefits are not great.
