As an engineer you will spend more time on administrative tasks (invoicing with substandard finance staff, project reviews and prep, etc.) than technical parts of projects or serving clients. This combined with being understaffed makes it a difficult place to thrive and do the exciting work. It’s a company that seems to have a large imbalance of finance over technical. Turnover seems high especially in the on staff recruiters. Also don’t seem to understand competitive benefits by region.
