Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re pleased to hear that our remote flexibility, geographic reach, and diverse sectors are resonating—those are important to how we support our employees and clients. We also understand that experiences can differ across locations. Creating a consistent and engaging experience for our teams—no matter where they sit—is a priority for us, and we’re continuing to invest in connection, communication, and support across all offices.

Pros

Other younger staff are all feeling similarly burnt out and frustrated, so we’ve been comfortable going to each other for support.

Cons

1. Everyone I work with is burnt out due to being spread too thin. 2. Lack of training for younger employees. 3. Ineffective PMs who don’t actually manage much about a project. Bad scopes resulting in projects easily going over budget. 4. No urgency with replacing engineers who leave. Particularly ones with a specific skillset that the team needs. 5. Lack of quality control (or the QC review is too quick and put off until it’s too late to do a thorough job) 6. Benefits are average when other companies offer far above average. No Christmas bonus. CHA does do spot bonuses for performance but I have not seen them often. 7. Lack of joy and lack of culture. It is hard to feel fulfilled and passionate about work when we don’t do any outings as teams and there’s very minimal office events. Everyone I work with is burnt out and the passion is dying. Turnover risk is high. 8. The company seems to value money and winning jobs over retaining employees and keeping them happy.
