Pros

The owner is a great person, health insurance policy is helpful, and that's about all I can think of.

Cons

Everything else. Interviews are not truthful. From income to work ethics and their core values. If it existed at one point they are lost to wind now. The companies direction and ability to to be pro-active is non-existant. They do not see their employees as a value to the company. This is not a long term employment work place. I hope it improves at the family who owns it seems to be great and the potential for this company could have been higher. Unfortunately they will continue to lose valuable employees with the way the management treats their team.

Pros

Catered lunches, pizza parties, point system like a daycare! Every second counts so they will be watching every move!

Cons

Stresses of work load do not meet proper compensation. Pressure from management questions job security and stability. No room for growth if not intertwined with the executive circle. You are a number not a human and numbers matter most.

Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive and is in line with other local manufacturers. In addition to hourly pay/salary, offering completely free health coverage, a fully-funded health reimbursement account (H.R.A.), combined with our generous quarterly profit sharing bonus program puts our compensation far above other similar local industries. Similarly, our PTO policy is designed to be competitive and generous, offering a full week after only 90 days and two full weeks upon first anniversary. Regarding holiday pay, our policy of requiring team members to work the day before and after a holiday aligns with common practices in our industry, ensuring fairness and balance for everyone, while maintaining the business staffing needs. Every team member has room for growth. We’re proud to prioritize internal growth by posting all open positions internally first, giving current team members the opportunity to apply before we consider external candidates. Regarding stresses of workload, we understand the challenges and are continuously looking for ways to better distribute workloads across the team, whether that be by adding additional shifts, or adjusting shift-schedule times to help alleviate these pressures and create a more manageable workload for everyone. Pros

The owner of the company is a very decent man. The money was good at first.

Cons

The atmosphere is cult-y. In the 6 months I was there, I was forced to pray on a daily basis. I was asked to work off the clock 6.5 hours a week. My job was never directly threatened, but when asking simple questions for accountability regarding pay changes, I was invited to find another job multiple times. My set schedule was changed multiple times. There was only one woman of color who worked there and 2 men of color that worked there at the time. And it was a shame of how mistreated and overwritten they were. They say they are a Christian company and don't outright ask you if you are Christian in the interview but it is very clear that they don't want any non Christian employees. After I left, I found out 3 people abandoned the job. RUN.

If made aware of an issue such as being asked to work off the clock, it would have been addressed immediately. We recognize the importance of diversity in our workplace.
