worse headquarter and top management ever. headquarter is filled with stubborn people who have been working in the same company for 15 years. these people never respect the fact that there's time difference in each countries. they expect REAL TIME REPLY even during other countries' off office hours. but you would never get their reply during their summer holiday. headquarter always create some genius systems and never do UAT but ask for comments during user training. when the comments are more a constructive and more from an execution viewpoint, these people are in a defensive mode and only say "you should try it or else you dont know!" ended up the system is chaotic, a piece of trash and only giving people more work. dream is just too big, aim is just too high, but the people at headquarter cannot execute it nicely. top management never open up for comments and very hierarchy culture.
