remote work but you have micromanaging managers so what’s the point. They make you install a tracker on your laptop. They know your every move.
Cons
Everyone at this company is so fake. They pretend like there is staff morale. Finish early on fridays - that’s a lie. Tell you to not work past your scheduled time - that’s a lie. They praise those who do. Always complains there is no budget. Head of CS doesn’t know what he’s doing. Gets rid of sales force and uses some crummy platform instead. Like who gets rid of salesforce just because you don’t know how to use it. They keep firing account managers so now everyone is picking up their workload. It’s taking 3 months to replace the people they fired (which by the way seems SUPER sketch. They didn’t deserve it) Toxic environment. Do not work here. The CEO is unprofessional and vapes in the office during meetings. Is that someone you want to work under? The JD postings are too good to be true. Do not work here.
