If you like heat and working 24/7/365 this is the place for you.

Most of the time the management was understanding.

Cons

24/7/365 a year in extreme heat small breaks and hardly ever had any real time off without having to ask a month in advance and even then, if you are not one of the first two to ask for that time you didn't get it no matter what the circumstances were.
