      Interesting, but understaffed and poorly managed

      Pros

      Large interesting projects, fast moving implementations and impactful solutions to be worked on.

      Cons

      Teams are too small, managers are inexperienced and there is a lack of any IT project management. Larger projects can be difficult and knowledge and experience is not balanced well within the department.

      Toxic Management - Toxic culture - STAY AWAY

      Good people (non-senior leadership) and central located office.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover of staff Terrible onboarding Reactive and not proactive management style No flexibility on office/home working - 5 days in office only! Redundancies and restructuring is an everyday occurrence.
