Baxters interview questions

Was phoned first then went to a face to face interview with the manager and saw the factory. Had induction before starting, liked the tasting session but been in better places for induction especially for the size of Baxters. The place needs doing up.

Very average met on site with team, given tour and chance to ask questions. Very friendly people and very helpful. Interview questions not too challenging or tricky. went very well.
