      Pros

      - Surrounded by super intelligent people - Most people tend to be good folks who always try to do right by their colleagues (as compared to some competitors with a more 'eat what you kill' setup) - Clear promotion path - Very fair remunerations and benefits

      Cons

      - In line with the rest of the business; Limited control over your time given clients pay you by the day/week - SEA is smaller scale and hence tends to be more volatile with less opportunities in specific sectors (as compared to US and EU)

Every project is a new and exciting problem to solve, with the opportunity to work with senior leaders at clients and make a real positive impact on their business. The benefits are also amazing, with 5 months parental leave, fully covered health insurance, and automatic 401K deposits (no matching required).
