Not too may cons, there does require cold calling but apart from that not many cons

Company has too many people

Leadership doesn't listen to their employees and are making changes to the pay structure without transparency. Unattainable targets to make commissions nationwide and are constantly making promises they don't keep. There is zero room for advancement since a promotion means a lot more work and a lot less money.

Lack of communication from leadership, too many acquisitions led to inconsistent processes.
