BGSF reviews about "pay"

Work place environment. Toxic culture and very catty. Current coworkers are lucky to have remained with the company but there is a ton of employees that have been let go that shouldn't have. I am only here because of a great leader. The rest of the managing partners are not qualified to lead their groups. In fact, they're only in position due to their relationships with top brass.

Sometimes work is slow and getting assigned a job can take a while

Some contracts can be good some not so good, but you have the freedom to choose.

Sometimes not enough work to stay busy

N9t enough pay but something is better than nothing

Poor leadership structure, poor commission structure, and the commission percentage ranges from as 2-10%.

I have nothing negative to add here.

There are no things of note.
