Micromanaged to death here. I felt that the provider they put me with was tough and even when asked to transfer, I was told no. If you are ever late more the ZERO minutes, be prepared to be written up and fired. I've never worked at a job with such ridiculous requirements as when I worked here.

Trying to get a pay increase is extremely hard. Not many opportunities to move up in organization and very slow to get promotions.

The calls per day goal can be difficult to achieve when complying with phone etiquette ie. warm transferring between departments when there is a hold to get to a rep.

Little room for wage negotiation

Low pay and hard hours.

management doesn't care about employees company is VERY money hungry

No upward mobility and some teams work in silos
