Pros

Free Diet Coke/juice and snacks, there is some flexibility in work from home depending on who is your LM

Cons

I found there was a high labour turnover in lower level jobs like administration or PA. not many diversity in head office group either in management. No development or training for those below middle management, only an executive training programme. Office politics was obvious and border line passive bullying. You are made to feel very small instead of helping and supporting or encouraging the employees below middle management again. Very old school style of working if that’s what you you prefer. No benefits not even private medical insurance - only if your senior management. Not even discounts for there sister companies let alone a bonus . Salary is basic for what they offer, considering they are multi million company in FTSE100. Again if you in admin or PA or team leader role. Your salary isn’t much. You work 37.5 hours too. Not 9-5 like in most office and corporate companies, I thought that was odd.

Amazing Company and People - Salary/Benefits not so much

Pros

People and Culture are legendary. Diversity and Inclusion go as deep as the company's roots. Support from management is great and there are many opportunities for personal development (funding for studies and seminars).

Cons

The Salary is not competitive (especially in London). All-employee benefits are basically non-existent and you only have access to certain of them if you are in top-top management (no bonus, no employee share plans, car etc.)
