Free food, some friendly people, exposure to businesses outside head office.
Cons
Run by older white men. Feels like stepping back in time. Not about what you know but who you know. No benefits for entry level employees. Huge focus on development for those in higher positions but not for entry level employees. Outdated culture that really needs to change if you want to retain good employees.
