Honestly the only con would be that things are changing somewhat but not necessarily for the worst. It's just a worry in case it damages people culture because that is what makes the job so great to be at.

Senior leadership are essentially sycophants of the CEO. They tell him only what he wants to hear. Vast majority of senior leaders don’t come into the office or do any work. Shhhh….. don’t tell anyone

Company seems to have lost its direction for now and is opting to hire as many people from competitors as possible for a ‘fresh perspective’. This has led to many people who have been here for years up to even more than a decade to be terrified to lose their jobs and are spending more time performing for management to protect their jobs than actually focusing on being competent managers or on what they’re actually paid to do. Company functions extremely reactively and the first instinct is usually to assign blame rather than fix the problem, after which the default solution seems to be just to follow what the competitors are doing. Older employees vary to different degrees, with most not willing to adapt to changes like AI or even to just put in more effort in engaging with clients. Others mostly spend their days performing and claiming credit for their team’s work, when functionally they do not really have any jobs that bring in value for the company.

With a lot of change comes a lot of un-certainty... it's sad to see colleagues being disregarded and it sometimes feel's like 'what's going to happen this week'. Pay could certainly be better as could transparency over career progression. Often the ones who leave know the Argus solution and processes the best.

No particular cons unless you join Data Science team. DS team is not so managed well by the Mumbai's HOD. Fully biased with the folks and manipulative. Uses legacy softwares and services to get their work done If you are expecting something to learn here in DS then please throw your expectations into nearest bin as you would be mostly filling Excel sheets in place of coding irrespective of your Data Engineer title
