Work can be quite repetitive after a while

promotions can sometimes be hard to come by

With a lot of change comes a lot of un-certainty... it's sad to see colleagues being disregarded and it sometimes feel's like 'what's going to happen this week'. Pay could certainly be better as could transparency over career progression. Often the ones who leave know the Argus solution and processes the best.

Not much flexibility with hours

Not always great at strategy Sometimes (not always) unwilling to make radical choices or be disruptive Covers a great many markets, with very different customer needs - which can interesting but also frustrating

Hours of work might be longer than expected. Promotion takes a while in certain departments.

- Unsociable hours which skew late - Work can be mundane as you are writing the same things day in day out (but some with journalistic background may enjoy the stability) - Low bonus despite more work (team-dependent) compared to industry roles

Dishonest Senior Management No proper training Depending on your direct VP, the management here is not only ineffective but also actively fosters a hostile and untrustworthy environment. They allow a culture of manipulation, intimidation, and disregard for employee well-being, with little accountability for their actions
