The board and the "ELT" seem to have lost their direction. The culture and values are a bunch of baloney.

Bank’s mission and core values are reflective of what is needed in our current societal climate. They’re leading and building initiatives. Socially responsible.
Cons
Growth is stagnant, no employee incentives. Upper management focuses on upper management growth with very little regard for talented lower level employees. No work life balance. Salary is subpar. High stress levels and no team support.
