I don't think the current CEO is the right person to lead this company. The people he has chosen to be at the leadership table is bit of a mixed bag. When you have no proven experience in HR or corporate strategy, including how to scale a company, I don't see how you could expect to attract good people, keep the good people who haven't already left, and actually compete in the market.
Too many exits in a short period of time. I'll admit some of these people needed to go, but very good talent also left because they were unfairly judged as unfit to be part of the company's next stage of growth.
There is no transparency when it comes to performance reviews, raises and promotions. These things need to be standardized and in line with what's in the market.
