We’ve been sad to see some faces leave Altus of late but recognise that many of them were here for a long time, helped to shape Altus into what it is today and went on to new opportunities which better aligned with their career goals moving forward. We recognise that historically, we may not have communicated as clearly as employees would like when it comes to our processes around performance reviews, raises and promotions - we’ve been developing these processes over time and with the People & Culture team growing significantly over the last year, we’re well equipped to improve this moving forward; hopefully you’re already seeing this in action through recent All Hands and Kick Off presentations! Rich has grown Altus tremendously over the last 7 years as our CEO but recognises that he isn’t an expert in every facet of running a business and as such, we’ve hired a number of leaders to build a leadership team with complementary skills and experience to ensure that Altus is setup for success as we continue to grow.
