You depend of your manager to receive more tasks (hours)

Professional development unclear. Lots of resources but difficult to navigate initially. Low pay.

Leadership could do a better job at engaging low-mid tier level employees

-the pay is not that great. - it's difficult to get at 40 hr work week. You might have 40+ hours for the week and end up only working for 20 hours. As part time you need more than 1 store to get decent hours. - it can be difficult to get cooperation from your store staff which leads to less hours and getting put on a list as incomplete. - it's very difficult to get responses from your Manager if they don't use the applications available on your device. - there's not really any incentive to do more than what you're being asked. You actually get paid by the minute.... It used to be every quarter hour... That was better than. - some of these projects and jobs are very difficult because they are heavy or awkward. I have broken a few nails, have many cuts and scars, a few bruises and ruined clothes. - sometimes more is expected of you than what it's worth. You might find yourself saying you don't get paid enough to do this.

I haven't found any so far.

HR is nonexistent, if there’s an issue it’s chat box after chat box which is hard to connect to if you are locked out of the system.
