      Alot of training for new hires. Not micromanaged.

      Not micromanaged. Work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      Low pay and while they say they offer a quarterly bonus, they decide after the fact if they will pay out and it is very low, and also has nothing to do with an individual's actual work.

      Excellent work conditions. Great colleagues with a teamwork focus. Access to lot of useful formations.

      So far, since I joined Acosta, I can't say anything negative about the organization.
