Your weekly attendance summaries is being sent from system to Management & HR (even being late / clocked out early for 0.01 sec is being documented - you’ll be require to submit a form to provide explanation)
Your Teams status is being monitor especially during wfh days.
- Toxic Environment : 90% of the higher management are promoted internally based on being the loudest worker in the room.
They lack qualities / knowledges of how real MNCs operates. Some of these managers would often hire employees to do the work, and steal those credits.
Gaslighting is common here, don’t be surprise if you get thrown under the bus, or changes in work expectations & communications whenever higher-up start questioning.

Majority of them only understand basic English or some can’t even speak & understand English.
