about this team
Our Health & Wealth team delivers total rewards that reflect our entrepreneurial culture, are market competitive and support our global growth.
core responsibilities
- Support our employees in APAC with Benefits and Mobility requests by providing thoughtful and informed responses to tickets in ServiceNow; or triage the ticket as needed
- Support with Health Insurance enrolments in APAC for new employees
- Create and maitain training and informational materials that will enhance employee experience
- Review, audit and submit payments for vendor invoicing
- Support with tasks across the Health, Wealth & Mobility team as required
qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience in HR administration is an asset
- Excellent attention to details, verbal and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a cross-functional environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Asian languages will be of advantage

work arrangement
In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
