      exposure to big company, nothing else

      Cons

      very old fashioned and micro management. managers’ focus is on keeping their jobs safe and responsibility free. political and pushy to own subordinates, terrible work culture and style. long commute time, transportation cost is high. no perks at all only water if it counts. 1 hour lunch can only choose between 7-11 and the canteens.
