• Designing & evaluating UI/UX programs / researching the effectiveness of UI/UX
• Conducting primary research, exploring the behaviours and motivations of users, and working with teams to seed the development of new features.
• Working with a range of business users to determines best UX/UI solutions based on customer feedback and business goals and helps to determine overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer
• Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers. Iterate and improve those experiences as needed. Influences team roadmaps to include experience improvements when the design or product is not performing or needs improvement
• Analyzing and solving design problems with the user in mind
• Create, improve and use wire frames, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your ideas using any of these methods
• Present and defend your design decisions in front of the team
• Produce final production visuals that will be implemented into the product
• Responsible for maintaining a cohesive style guide
• Ensuring that a consistent design language is applied across all the digital products
• Deliver improvements and high-quality solutions based on the given Data
• Responsibility for research and Data driven KPI´s
• Create prototypes that demonstrate the intended end-user experience and key interactions
• Collaborate closely with other UI/UX Designers, Consultants, Product Managers and Developers

• 2+ years of UX/UI design and business analyst experience
• Facilitate client interactions related to design thinking workshops
• Comfortable applying user experience research within a variety of design methodologies and processes (Agile, Lean UX, etc.)
• Incorporating the feedback, and working closely with developers and testers on a day-to-day basis
• Experience in Wireframing, User Experience (UX), User Interface Design, InVision, Web Design, Prototyping, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Experience in workflow platforms like Slack, JIRA, Workfront
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills
• Enjoys working in an autonomous, dynamic, and challenging environment.
