Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, control, and supervise overall site work and activities
• Prepare and review project reports and technical submissions
• Lead project planning, execution, and day-to-day site management
• Assist in the tendering process and support project procurement.
• Manage project interfaces and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Oversee temporary works design and ensure statutory submission processes are completed on time
• Monitor and enforce quality control, safety standards, and environmental management practices on site

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience working with Main Contractors is preferred
• Corporate Member of HKIE (Civil/Building/Structural) or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience is preferred
• Familiarity with statutory submission requirements to government authorities
• Strong knowledge of temporary work, deep excavation, and interface coordination with utilities and third parties is preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Primavera P6, BIM applications) is an advantage
