1 Mid-to-Senior Executive Search: Lead the headhunting and recruitment of mid-to-senior level talent. Establish and maintain a cross-border technical talent pool between Mainland China and Hong Kong, with a specific focus on engineering professionals with a Greater Bay Area (GBA - Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou) background. Independently conduct cross-border talent mapping and demonstrate exceptional proactive sourcing capabilities.
2 Cross-Industry Talent Profiling: In alignment with the company's diversified business expansion (e.g., Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) projects for smart shopping malls, E&M maintenance for hospital medical equipment), leverage comprehensive recruitment expertise in the medical device, retail, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors to accurately profile and headhunt interdisciplinary technical talent.
3 Proactive Sourcing and Headhunting: Utilize established headhunting methodologies, LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry connections to proactively identify, engage, and attract passive candidates, including E&M engineers, technical support specialists, and executive-level professionals.
4.Talent Mapping: Conduct in-depth market research focusing on the engineering, E&M, and related technology sectors across Greater China and Hong Kong. Develop core talent maps and analyze the talent and organizational structures of key competitors.
5.Market Intelligence and Organizational Consulting: Regularly provide executive management with market intelligence regarding compensation trends, talent mobility within the GBA technical market, and strategic recommendations for organizational design.
6.Cross-Industry Recruitment Support: Facilitate the company's diversified business needs (such as interdisciplinary E&M projects integrating medical devices and retail IoT) by precisely identifying hybrid technical professionals with cross-industry backgrounds.
7.Agency and Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external headhunting agencies. Optimize overall recruitment costs and enhance the successful onboarding rate for high-end and critical positions.
Qualifications
1.Educational Background: A recognized Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Physics, Engineering, or related STEM disciplines is highly preferred (candidates must possess the analytical mindset required to comprehend deep-tech terminology, automation, and mechanical structural logic).
2 Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the professional headhunting industry. Must possess a proven track record of successful recruitment cases across multiple complex industries, specifically spanning engineering, medical device,retail, and FMCG.
3 Firm Background: Prior experience working in headhunting agencies with backgrounds in both Mainland Chinese private enterprises and Hong Kong-funded enterprises is highly preferred. Experience working in start-up headhunting firms is considered a strong asset.
4 Core Competencies: Highly proficient in proactive sourcing, cold calling, Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) methodologies, and advanced salary negotiation techniques.
5 Policy & Legal Expertise: Must possess extensive practical experience with, and a deep understanding of, the compensation structures, labor laws, and cross-border talent acquisition policies in both Mainland China and Hong Kong.
6 Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.
Pay: $23,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
