Interview
After emailing my application, someone from the hiring team reached out and sent a 15-question questionnaire. After submitting the questionnaire, a video interview was scheduled relatively quickly and it went pretty smoothly, with standard questions about past experience, knowledge about the brand, why you want to work there and future career goals. However, despite the interviewer communicating clear next steps about moving forward for a second round of interviews, I was ghosted.
Very chill, easy interview; mostly conversational, behavioral questions were mostly asked. First a screening call was conducted and another interview was held with the Global Team Manager & regional manager.
