Junior Associate

Department/Division: Finance & Accounting

Based at: Central, Central and Western District

Position: Junior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle client deposit and withdrawal request;
2. Responsible for voucher inputs, expenses disbursement and bank reconciliation;
3. Prepare AR, AP, investment portfolio schedules on monthly basis;
4. Prepare management reports;
5. Update signing arrangement with banks, daily funding arrangement with banks;
6. Assist month-end/year-end process;
7. Assist year-end audit;
8. Provide administrative support.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant Accounting education background;
2. Familiar with Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules;
3. At least 2-year practical experience in financial service industry is a must;
4. Matured, able to work under pressure and a good team player Good computer skills;
5. Average in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
