Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for reliability failure.
• Execute risk analyses for new designs and processes to mitigate potential risks.
• Carry out reliability predictions and failure mode analyses to optimize process performance.
• Perform failure analysis for customer return sample to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Lead deep diving study into product reliability.
• Resolve any ad-hoc reliability issues.

Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above

Field of Study: Applied Physics/ Physics/ Material Science/ Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines

Years of Experience: Preferable 1-3 years of relevant experience in failure analysis and reliability engineering
*Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.

• Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment is an advantage.
• Prior experience with characterization and material analysis tools (e.g. SEM, TEM, FTIR, ToFSIMS) is highly preferred.
• Comfortable performing standardized processes on a daily basis.
• Independent and eager to learn, with a self‑driven approach to acquiring new skills.
• Enthusiastic, presentable, and responsible professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Cooperative team player with effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
