Campus Development Office (CDO) is responsible for building project development and property maintenance. Our office provides comprehensive professional services across a vast array of building project types, including the institutional, office, residential, and hospitality categories. Our responsibilities range from master planning to building services engineering design, covering all stages of the development process, from client’s brief and design requirements to project management and site supervision until project completion. CDO also provides facility maintenance and building repair work to ensure the campus operates smoothly at all times.
Reporting to the Associate Director/Senior Manager of Campus Development of the Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) Section, this role involves overseeing the design, procurement, renovation of building services in the University to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations, while delivering exceptional projects and enhancing your design/project management experience. The appointee is crucial to the successful delivery of key projects, including but not limited to capital or renovation projects, and uphold the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the building services systems and facilities.
