The Admission Consultant is an on-site, full-time role responsible for managing prospective student enquiries, converting leads into enrolments, and providing ongoing support to students and parents throughout the admissions process. This person will be the public face of the centre, delivering friendly, professional customer service while supporting operational tasks related to registration, scheduling, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, email enquiries, and online leads; respond promptly and professionally.
• Explain course offerings, fees, schedules, and placement options to prospective students and parents; recommend appropriate programmes.
• Follow up on leads, conduct enrolment conversations, and drive conversions through consultative sales and relationship-building.
• Process registrations and payments, issue invoices/receipts, and maintain accurate student records in the centre’s system.
• Schedule trial lessons, coordinate placement checks, and confirm class timetables with teachers and students.
• Maintain enquiry and enrolment logs, prepare weekly reports on leads and conversions, and support retention initiatives.
• Handle routine customer-service issues, escalate concerns to management when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support promotional campaigns and events, such as open days and trial weeks, and assist with basic marketing outreach as required.
• Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to ensure smooth student onboarding and ongoing class operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior experience in admissions, customer service, sales, reception, or education administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with HKDSE English Level 4 or above, or equivalent; fluent in Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal skills, phone etiquette, and a friendly, customer-focused demeanour.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into enrolments using consultative sales techniques.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace; familiarity with WhatsApp and email communication.
• Reliable, discreet with student and family information, and a collaborative team player.
